Pein & Pein Dienstleistungs GmbH is a nationwide corporate group offering forestry plants and landscaping shrubs, with a 190-year history in the business. With four locations and partnerships with contract growers, P&P nurseries cultivate over 40 million forestry plants on 250 hectares. CARL acted as the exclusive transaction advisor, assisting the shareholders in selling their shares. Through targeted negotiations with suitable investors, CARL facilitated the successful acquisition by the Fürst Liechtenstein Foundation, creating the market leader in forestry nurseries. Initially, the entrepreneur planned to liquidate the company, but CARL ultimately achieved a doubling of the purchase price (+109%).
